This policy explains what personal information B Veritas Consulting LLC ("B Veritas", "we", "us") collects through www.bveritasconsulting.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We are a two-person consulting firm. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising networks, and we do not buy contact lists.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message box. When you book a call through our scheduling page we collect your name, email address, and the details you give about the meeting.
Information collected automatically. If you consent to cookies, our website platform (HubSpot) records standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and a cookie identifier that lets us recognise a returning visitor. If you decline, we do not set those cookies and we do not build a visitor profile.
Spam protection. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated submissions. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. That processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms of service.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the website form — government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information or credentials. If an engagement requires information like that, we will set up a secure channel for it.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver the work.
- To schedule and hold meetings you request.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you in our CRM.
- To send marketing email — only if you explicitly opted in by ticking the box on the contact form. That box is never pre-ticked, and we do not add you to a mailing list simply because you contacted us. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages of the site people find useful, where your cookie choice allows it.
Answering your enquiry and delivering work rest on your request to us and on our legitimate interest in running the business. Marketing email rests on your consent, and nothing else.
Cookies
The site shows a consent banner before setting any non-essential cookie. You choose which categories to allow and you can change that choice at any time. We honour Global Privacy Control signals: if your browser sends one, non-essential cookies are declined automatically.
Essential cookies — the ones needed for the site to load and for your consent choice to be remembered — are always set.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of service providers, and they process your data on our instructions only:
- HubSpot, Inc. — website hosting, contact form, CRM, scheduling and email.
- Google LLC — reCAPTCHA spam protection on the contact form.
- Microsoft Corporation — our business email and document storage.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and enquiry records for three years after our last contact with you, and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep engagement records for as long as the engagement lasts, plus the period our professional, tax and contractual obligations require.
Records of marketing consent are kept while you remain subscribed, and afterwards only as evidence that consent was given and withdrawn.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop sending you marketing email
- give you a copy in a portable format
Email info@bveritasconsulting.com. We respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
We use reputable providers with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication on our accounts, and access limited to the two owners of the firm. No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is meant for business contacts. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Governing law
B Veritas Consulting LLC is an Arizona limited liability company. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law of the place you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and note anything material here.
